<li style="margin-bottom: 0;"><strong>Out-of-Stock Cancellations:</strong> If an ordered item is unavailable or cannot be fulfilled by our workshop team.</li>

<li style="margin-bottom: 5px;">Custom 3D printed parts, rapid prototyping chassis, or custom-cut mechanical brackets.</li>
<li style="margin-bottom: 0;">Electronic components damaged by wrong polarity, excessive supply voltage, or improper soldering post-delivery.</li>

<li style="margin-bottom: 0;"><strong>Doorstep Refusals / Return to Origin (RTO):</strong> If a dispatched prepaid order is rejected or courier delivery fails due to incorrect customer details, standard two-way courier freight charges will be deducted prior to refund.</li>

<li style="margin-bottom: 0;">The standard bank settlement timeline is <strong>5 to 10 working days</strong> from the date of refund approval.</li>
