- We export products throughout India.
- In case of hardware projects no return policy after deliver
- We ship by well-known shipping companies to ensure a safe and fast delivery.
- Delivery can take 1-3 working days in nearby cities and 3-5 working days throughout India.
- Any delays caused by the postal company are not our responsibility.
- If the product is defective, damaged or broken, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with proof (video) otherwise no refunds
- All (maximum) components are seal packed so no warranty and guaranty
- If the Product does not work, contact us for proof of product testing received from us, without proof of testing no refunds or refund claims will be enjoyed.
- If the reverse pickup is designed for defective / damaged products, after receiving the products a refund / refund can be started With recurrence, the shipping label will be sent to the customer's email ID and the label must be attached to the box for original packaging.
- We accept refunds in the event of incorrect product delivery with original packaging for 2 days.
- Once the order is confirmed, no cancellation will be enjoyed.
- If the order is prepaid and the customer does not accept it, receiving or collecting the messenger or returning the messenger will be deducted and refunded after reviewing the problem.
- If an order is canceled for any reason, we will refund the amount (deduct 10% amount of total cost) to your account or card or any other valid business within 10 business days.
- If an order is canceled and the money is deducted from your account, your payment will be automatically refunded to your card or account for any valid transaction.
